chocolate fudge icing

150g icing sugar
25g cocoa powder
50g thinly sliced butter
2x 5ml tsp honey
2x 15ml tbsp milk
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
  • sift icing sugar and cocoa into a bowl 
  • put butter, honey and milk in pan on low heat, stirring until melted
  • pour into sugar mixture immediately and beat until smooth
  • leave to cool

spread on cake using knife

enough for inside of 7" cake
